Policy Statement
FVRL expects the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. This will be achieved by promoting a collaborative environment where our workers, supervisors and management will treat each other with mutual respect, maintaining the dignity and self-esteem of our staff in their mission to provide the best service possible to our communities. All employees must adhere to these standards within the workplace.
Purpose
The Fraser Valley Regional Library Board and its management believe that the working environment of all employees should at all times be supportive of the dignity and self-esteem of individuals. Achieving this desired environment depends upon mutual respect, consideration, cooperation and understanding among fellow workers, supervisors, and managers.
Scope
