The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program is a free six-session/2.5 hours a week workshop offered in partnership with University of Victoria Self-Management BC. The workshop helps adults 19+ who are living with chronic pain and their caregivers to better manage symptoms and activities of daily life. Participants receive the "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain" companion book and the "Moving Easy" program download.

Participants should attend all six sessions to maximize their self-management knowledge, skills, and confidence. Spouses, partners, and caregivers are also welcome to attend.

By registering, participants agree to attend all, or as many of the 6 sessions as possible. The scheduled sessions take place on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Note that there is no session on November 11.
