Mindfulness at the Library is a calming and enriching adult program designed to introduce participants to the practice of mindfulness and its benefits for mental well-being. This program offers a welcoming space where adults can explore simple techniques such as deep breathing, guided meditation, mindful movement, and journaling.
Each session provides tools to help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote a sense of balance in daily life. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this program encourages reflection, relaxation, and connection within a supportive group setting.
