The Energy Conservation Assistance Program (ECAP), offered by BC Hydro and Fortis BC, offers free home upgrades, such as heat pumps and insulation to income-eligible households, across BC. The program provides income-eligible homes with these upgrades free of charge – there is no cost for an eligible home.
Join us for an information session on the Energy Conservation Assistance Program (ECAP), a resource offered by BC Hydro and FortisBC that helps income-qualified households create more energy-efficient and comfortable homes. This session will walk through how the program works and how eligible households may be able to access free energy-saving upgrades.
Through ECAP, eligible households can receive free installations of a heat pump, insulation, and weatherization. The program provides income-eligible homes with these upgrades free of charge – there is no cost for an eligible home.
