RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION POLICY
Fraser Valley Regional Library in fulfilling its vision to deliver service through committed, knowledgeable employees, shall recruit and select the most qualified candidates for all positions within the Library.
Employees who are direct relatives or who share the same household shall not be employed in a situation where a reporting relationship exists where the superior has influence, input, or decision making power over an employee's performance evaluation, special permissions, potential for promotion, condition of work, or similar matters.
