Get creative and create your own amazing piece of comic art. Join artist Carla Dearman in this two session workshop to learn cool tips and techniques to make your own comic. Carla will cover important skills like character design, page layout and composition, figure drawing, inking and more! Teens in grades 8 to 12 can register starting March 11.

Join us for refreshments and the official unveiling of our beautiful new Terry Fox Library educational garden. City of Port Coquitlam gardeners will be on hand to explain the varieties of plants chosen for their ecological and esthetic value. One-hour guided walking tours of select City of Port Coquitlam gardens will also be available.

Celebrate National Aboriginal day at our special Saturday Storytime with guest storyteller Lorre Gibson. Come to hear Lorre's Aboriginal stories and see her First Nations artifacts and regalia.
