Celebrate the Delta Libraries! Milestone anniversaries are being celebrated at the Delta libraries! George Mackie Library celebrates 30 years at its current location; Tsawwassen Library celebrates 40 years as a library in South Delta and Ladner Pioneer Library celebrates 50 years at its Memorial Park location. While the Delta libraries will be commemorating these milestones in 2013, staff recognizes our valued customers, young and old, regular and new, for whom we are always here to provide service. Celebrate your public library this year by participating in any one of our free programs. Whether it is storytimes for children, Games and Pizza for teens, eBook Workshops for adults or attending one of our wellness-themed programs offered this winter, there is something for everyone! If you haven’t been a customer since "you can't remember when", make us your destination this year. We invite you to come into one of our three locations to find out what you’ve been missing.
