Did you know that 40 per cent of adults in BC have low literacy? Literacy is an essential skill; it is the ability to understand and use printed information in daily activities, at home, at work and in the community. It is not about whether you can read or not; literacy is about how well you read.

Visit Fraser Valley Regional Library for help improving your reading or writing skills. We offer free adult learning materials (ADL Collection) and programs. Our friendly staff can also refer you to local literacy education programs, including one-on-one tutoring.
