LIFELONG LEARNING PROGRAMS FOR EVERYONE

The Fraser Valley Regional Library continues to offer a wide variety of workshops and events for all age groups, ranging from toddlers to teens, and adults to seniors. Workshops and events that FVRL has previously and continue to offer include:

FVRL continues to play a strong role in the development of literacy in our communities by offering literacy programs for all age groups. Current literacy programs include:

  • Picture Book Club – for primary grade readers
  • Reading Link Challenge – engages students in a friendly reading competition
  • Reading Buddies – pairs young readers with mentors for read-aloud sessions
  • Summer Reading Club –for children, teens, and adults, this program encourages reading regularly
  • Books for BC Babies – focuses on the importance of reading to newborns
