EXPANDING LIBRARY RESERVE

Expanding Fraser Valley Regional Libraries that do not commence operations when anticipated will have the savings from that deferral set aside in a reserve. The savings (reduction of costs from budget) are to be calculated by the Director of Finance. Expenditures from that reserve will only be for goods and services that are currently provided by the Fraser Valley Regional Library Board.
