EXAM PROCTORING

Some FVRL locations provide exam proctoring (invigilation) services on an appointment basis.

Proctoring service

Service includes scheduling, receiving, timing and processing exams, both paper and online. Library staff will ensure that only permissible items enter the exam area and will monitor the student at intervals. Please note that staff cannot provide uninterrupted observation.

Proctoring fee

There is a fee of $30 for each exam up to three hours in length, plus $10 for each additional hour or portion thereof.

Complete the form below to request an exam time, and library staff will contact you to book your appointment. If you prefer, you can also book your appointment by phone. Please call one of the following libraries: Agassiz, Aldergrove, City of Langley, Clearbrook, George Mackie (North Delta), Hope, Ladner Pioneer, Maple Ridge, Mission, Tsawwassen, or White Rock.

Ladner Pioneer Library Parking: Due to ongoing construction on 47th Avenue, customers may experience difficulties accessing the library parking lot and may need to find street parking. However, during the construction the library is open its regular open hours and programs will be happening as scheduled. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Terry Fox Library Parking: Construction of the new Port Coquitlam Recreation Centre has started. The library will remain open through the entire project, however there will be major disruptions to parking. Please see the Recreation Centre Project Page for more information.
